Educational Manuals cannot be returned for a refund. 

Merchandise returns will only be accepted seven working days after shipment has been received by purchaser.  Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Once the merchandise has been accepted back in the store, then a refund will be approved for the product amount only.

If any product is damaged in shipping, contact us via email within three working days of receiving your product for an exchange. Product must be shipped back to us before an exchange can take place.  Shipping costs for product exchange are the responsibility of the purchaser; however, once the product is received, the purchaser will received a store credit in the amount of the shipping fee for store merchandise.
